What is a Lifestyle Or Branding Portrait Sessions?

A Lifestyle Session is a portrait session that makes a statement about you and your life. It’s a visual narrative into the life you live. Lifestyle sessions are great for mommy and me sessions, bloggers, and fashion forward clients.

Brand Portraits are more than just headshots. They are someone’s first impression of you and your message. The Brand Portrait experience can be simple and sweet for your social platform profiles or a more comprehensive exploration of your brand and message. 

I Really Want To Book A Session, But I Am Not Photogenic?

I hear this a lot. It’s my job to make sure that you look good, and I won’t let you down. I promise.

I Am A Little Nervous…How Will I Know What To Do?

Don’t worry, everyone is a little nervous at first. I guide you through your whole session; showing you exactly what to do, how to pose, where to look, adjusting your outfits and hair, as well as making you laugh. The sessions truly are fun and inspiring. You are sure to walk away feeling beautiful and empowered.

Where Will My Session Take Place?

Lifestyle Sessions are on location sessions that can take place in the comfort of your home, a local hotel, park, farm, etc… We will work together to figure out the best location to tell your story.

Branding Portrait Sessions can take place in the studio or on-location.  Locations are chosen based on your brand's message. We work closely together to curate a narrative that gets your brand noticed.

What Should I Wear?

What you wear plays a part in how you are perceived and how your message is received. A personal trainer, fashion blogger, lifestyle coach, and a Beauty Counter rep are not all going to wear the same thing for their photo shoot. Think about what you are trying to convey to your potential clients. How do you want clients to feel when they see your website images or profile photo?

Together, during your conceptual planning session we will work extensively on building a photo shoot wardrobe that weaves your personal style and brand essence.

Do You Retouch?

Absolutely! I don’t deliver anything I wouldn’t want delivered to myself! No-one is perfect, and we all have areas that we may want to de-emphasize. Every image delivered to you is retouched finished product…never plastic looking, just a glamorous you!

Do You Offer Hair And Makeup Services?

I LOVE my team of hair and makeup stylists! They are truly the best in their industries, and a wealth of knowledge about on-camera and everyday beauty tips and tricks. I highly recommend professional hair and makeup for your session, because on-camera application is very different from everyday application. That is why every Lifestyle and Branding Session includes hair and makeup. Plus, it’s the icing on the cake for the full experience and day of pampering. 

Will You Use My Images On Your Website/blog Or On Facebook?

Your privacy is extremely important to me. I never use clients’ images without their written permission. Each client is required to sign a Privacy Policy that lets me know if I can use any of their images, and, if so, what I can use them for.

Can I Set Up A Consultation?

Of course you can! I always try to meet with clients prior to booking a session. It’s a great way for you to view more work, see and feel the different products, as well as a chance for us to get comfortable with one another. Consultations are by appointment only. How Do I Book A Session With You?

Sessions are booked and your date/time will be reserved when your signed contract and retainer is received. Please note that the studio works on a first come, first serve basis.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), check or cash is accepted as a form of payment
