Working with Brandi was more than just a photo shoot — it was an experience. As a newer coach building my brand identity and visibility, it meant so much to feel truly seen and supported in front of the camera. Brandi has a real gift for helping her clients feel at ease while drawing out their authentic presence. She also brings incredible creativity, warmth, and attention to detail, and made the entire process feel relaxed and, most of all, FUN! And I absolutely love the results - images that beautifully capture my unique energy and style. I highly recommend her!

REVIEW NO. 3 of 4
As a new client, I was apprehensive about my branding photo shoot — but ended up having a great time! Brandi asked all the right questions, knew exactly what I was trying to achieve, and had great ideas on how to convey my message through images. It was a huge relief to feel like I was actually collaborating with someone, rather than flying solo. The pictures turned out amazing and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. Brandi really helped me level up my business. Working with her has been a game changer!

REVIEW NO. 4 of 4
We have worked with Brandi Grooms Photography on various projects for years, and she consistently brings our vision to life. With a large team, it can be challenging to highlight each person’s individuality while maintaining a cohesive brand image, but Brandi does this effortlessly. She makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and captures each team member’s personality without losing the overall look and feel of our brand. She has become such an important part of how we share our brand with the world.

Think of a headshot as your introduction. It's a professional portrait designed to represent you.
A Personal Branding session tells a bigger story by creating a collection of images that showcase your personality, your business, your process, and the experience you provide.
You don't have to figure that out on your own. Before your session, we'll talk through your business, your goals, your ideal clients, and how you plan to use your images. From there, we'll create a personalized shot list and session plan so you leave with photographs that support your brand and work across your website, marketing, and social media.
I recommend scheduling your branding session 4–6 weeks before your launch, event, campaign, or other important milestone. This gives us plenty of time to plan your session, photograph your content, and deliver your final images before you need them.
Because my calendar often books 1–2 months in advance, it's best to reach out as early as possible to secure your preferred session date.
Your session can take place at my studio, your business, or another location that best reflects your brand. If multiple locations help tell your brand story, we can absolutely incorporate them into your session. We'll discuss the best locations during the planning process and create a session timeline that makes the most of our time together.
Absolutely. If your business includes partners or team members, we can incorporate them into your session. We'll plan the right mix of individual portraits, group photos, and behind-the-scenes images based on your business and where you'll be using your images.
Yes. Hair and makeup services are available as an optional add-on for both Headshot and Personal Branding sessions. If you'd like to include them, just let me know when booking your session, and I'll take care of the rest.
Once your images are ready, you'll receive a private Dropbox folder where you can easily access, back up, and download your final photographs. Your images will be delivered in both high-resolution and web-resolution formats, making them ready to use for print, your website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Absolutely. You're never limited to the images included in your collection. If you find yourself needing to expand your image library as your business grows and your marketing needs evolve, you can purchase additional digital images after viewing your gallery.
You're welcome to use your images for both personal and professional marketing, including your website, social media, email marketing, printed marketing materials, and other promotional content for your business.
If you'd like to use your images for publishing, brand sponsorships, or other commercial uses beyond promoting your own business, just reach out. Additional licensing may be required depending on how the images will be used.
Yes. Product photography can be incorporated into your Personal Branding session to showcase the products you create or sell. Whether it's skincare, jewelry, apparel, handmade goods, or branded merchandise, we'll create clean, professional images that complement the overall story of your brand.
If your primary focus is product imagery, I also offer dedicated Product Photography sessions designed specifically for e-commerce, catalogs, advertising, and other commercial needs.
As a general rule, I recommend updating your headshot every 2–3 years, or anytime your appearance, role, or personal brand has changed. Your headshot should reflect who you are today so clients and colleagues recognize you when they meet you.
Branding images should be updated whenever your business evolves. Whether you're launching a new service, refreshing your website, updating your marketing, or simply creating fresh content for social media, current imagery helps ensure your brand stays consistent, relevant, and recognizable.
