Donna DeRocheI love what you wrote about your dad!! It is great and so loving. I knew your dad when we went to OLPH together, oh, sooo long ago. But, your dad will always be special to me because at the tender age of 9 or 10yrs old, he was my first “boyfriend.” lol……which means we had a crush on each other and talked on the phone a lot. He lived just a couple of blocks from my house and he’d come over and just hang out. After we both started high school, I don’t think we saw each other again. I’m glad and feel blessed we have re-connected our friendship on Facebook. I’d love to see him and his wife, Christine, if they ever make it back down to the New Orleans area.
I love your photography, by the way!! My daughter is a photographer also!!
Take care, Brandi! I love all the pictures that you posted here, of your dad!!
Brandi GroomsThanks Donna! Yeah, my dad is a pretty special guy. They do try to get down to New Orleans about once a year. Hopefully ya’ll will be able to catch up soon.
